: (1) No one shall publish his real name, picture or any information adverse to his character in newspapers or through any other means of communication without obtaining the consent of the victim.
(2) According to sub-section (1), a person who prints names, pictures, details or spreads propaganda will be fined from ten thousand rupees to twenty five thousand rupees.
